The Eindhoven Library is holding four one-day courses. The first of which was held today. These are for people who want to improve their digital skills when dealing with the Dutch authorities.
During the Digisterker course, you will learn how to use DigiD. This app helps you deal with governmental departments. Think, for example, of applying for a student grant, pension or social assistance. People can also learn how to submit applications via the government’s website. Course attendees will learn how do do this using exercises.
Participants also gain insight into what information the government has on its citizens. The course covers a lot of information such as applying for and using the DigiD. People will take a look at the mijnoverheid.nl website and learn how to request something from the Municipality too.
The courses will be held at the Library in the Witte Dame on Wednesdays, 30 October and 6 and 13 November. They run from 10:30 to 12:30 and cost €25, which includes a coursebook. Please visit the Library’s website for more information. Please note, these courses will be presented in Dutch.
