Brexit is looming. The British Embassy in The Hague and the British Consulate in Amsterdam will, therefore, be holding a series of events. These are meant to engage UK Nationals working, studying and living in the Netherlands.
The events will be run in collaboration with the Dutch government. This includes the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND). The IND will be present at all of the events.
UK citizens can get first-hand information about how Brexit will affect them and their families. The preparations that are underway will also be made known. There will be the opportunity to ask questions too.
The event in Eindhoven will be held on Thursday, 24 October, at the Hub. UK Nationals who wish to attend must register through Eventbrite. The info session starts at 18:00, with doors opening at 17:30. A form of identification is required.
Info session in other cities too
These information sessions will also be held in other cities throughout the Netherlands. The closest to Eindhoven will be in The Hague on Monday, 14 October, Rotterdam on Tuesday, 29 October, and Maastricht on Monday, 11 November.
There will also be an opportunity to drop in at the British Embassy on Monday, 28 October.
Registration for this will open soon.
