KMWE grows, takes over ATM

The Eindhoven company, KMWE, has taken over ATM, a manufacturing company based in Oirschot.

ATM employs about 65 people. They process aluminium and titanium. KMWE will take over all of ATM’s activities and staff. The Oirschot company will, however, retain its name.

KMWE says that with this acquisition, it sees further growth opportunities and the opportunity to gain more knowledge. The company supplies parts for a wide range of applications. These can be used for ASML’s chip machines, but also Airbus aircraft parts or the medical sector.

KMWE meanwhile has grown into a company with 600 employees, an annual turnover of EUR120 million, and offices in Eindhoven, Malaysia, and India.
