The CSI Show Jumping competition gives riders the chance to take a step towards the Olympic Games.

Faultless participation in a large competition, such as in Eindhoven, is one of the requirements for participation in the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. It is also needed to compete in the 2019 European Jumping Championships in Rotterdam.

Riders who want to participate in these international tournaments must meet minimum fitness requirements. One of these requirements is error-free participation in a competition such as the one in Eindhoven. Incidentally, not every category is seen as a qualifying round. Only the “Grand Prix” category at the Eindhoven competition will be considered.

The event is being organised on the grounds of the Karpendonkse Plas. It will be held from 30 May to 2 June.
