On Facebook, the number of followers has slowly increased to almost a thousand. The group will soon be consulting with the Municipality.
Earlier, Mayor Jorritsma called for a dialogue in the city between supporters and opponents of Zwarte Piet. Together, the groups need to come up with ideas about what the Sinterklaas parade should look like this year after it got out of hand last year. That is why last month there was also a meeting between anti-Zwarte Piet campaigners and the Municipality in the Van Abbemuseum.
The new pro-Piet action group has already consulted with the committee that organises the Eindhoven Sinterklaas parade.
