More support for start-ups

The High Tech Plaza is expanding its support for high-tech start-ups. It has now launched the Support Series. It also offers has one-on-one coaching for start-ups as well as an app.

“The Support Series is an open platform where we offer training and workshops for the entire High Tech Plaza eco-system”, says Karina Garcia del Real, the High Tech Plaza’s Community Manager in Innovations Origins. Karina says the idea is to offer support and know-how to companies. “This is available to anyone, not just those companies based at the High Tech Campus. We support not only starters but also those who want to start their own business.”

“High Tech Plaza began with only one building. We then saw the need for more space,” Karina says. This, she explains, is because as start-ups grow, so do their teams. The High Tech Campus, therefore, decided to develop a true eco-system. It includes a meeting area for members of the network. They also offer a varied programme with workshops about all the latest technologies.

The High Tech Plaza is the High Tech Campus’ start-up hub, writes Erika van der Merwe in the Innovations Origins article. Its network is divided into three buildings. The High Tech Plaza is described as being ‘the largest, most dedicated place for starting, accelerating, and scaling up high-tech start-ups in the Netherlands’.
