Everyone knows housing is a significant problem in Eindhoven. It is, therefore, great news that two rental projects are nearing completion.
Rental Apartments Eindhoven is currently building a five-story block of flats and studios in Boutenslaan. Construction is expected to be completed this year in mid-May. The project, called Rapelenburg Residence, will consist of 225 studios and one bedroom apartments. These are best suited to students and young professionals.
The centrally-located site where the Rapelenburg Residence is being built used be home to the Rapelenburg Castle. Rentals for these newly-constructed long-stay flats will start at just over EUR570.
Rental Apartments Eindhoven will begin the rental procedure for these residences at 12:00 on Friday, 1 March. People interested in renting one of these studios or flats can visit their website or facebook page for more information.
Then, there is the Parc Fontaine – Tilia project in Broeklaan, very close to Stadswandelpark. Here, three luxury apartment blocks are being built. The 17 flats and penthouses are expected to be completed closer to the end of this year.
These one and two-bedroom units will range in size from 82 to 102m2. They will be priced between EUR1.700 and EUR1.970 per month.
