PSV left for London today. There it will play its Champions League match against Tottenham Hotspur.

Coach Mark van Bommel has selected twenty-one players. Among these are well-known players, but also Rigo, Sainsbury and Van Osch.

PSV will play in The Wembley Stadium Tuesday-evening. It faces The Spurs; currently number four in the Premier League. The match at Eindhoven’s Philips Stadium ended in a draw: 2-2.

The two clubs compete for third place. A third place involves participation in the European League. Inter Milan and FC Barcelona seem unable to catch up with PSV and Tottenham.

This evening will be the last training session for van Bommel’s team, before tomorrow’s important game.
