As reported in one of our earlier articles, people are urged to avoid the Eindhoven City Centre this evening (Wednesday).
High traffic volumes are expected. This is due to Dutch Design Week and the Champions League game that is scheduled to be played at the Philips Stadium. Now, the police have warned people who do need to park the cars in the area to be careful.
“We have noticed that there are more car burglaries on these kinds of days”, reads a post on the Eindhoven Police’s facebook page. “Please do not leave valuables in your car. In this way, you can prevent becoming the victim of a car burglary.”
