World Clean Up Day in Eindhoven

Eindhoven will participate in the World Cleanup Day on Saturday 15 September.

The goal of the day is to clean up the city and create awareness about the importance of a clean city.

At Strijp S, volunteers can participate in activities such as ‘poggen’ (running and collecting waste) and ‘trash walken’ (walking and collecting waste).

World Cleanup Day is an international action. Millions of volunteers from 150 different countries take to the streets to make their residence waste-free. In the Netherlands, dozens of local actions are being set up by the Plastic Soup Foundation and JCI Netherlands.
