On the Europalaan in Eindhoven, a motorist escaped death on Tuesday afternoon.
Two cars collided around 13:00 at the intersection of the Kloosterdreef with the Europalaan. One of the vehicles was tilted by the collision.
The car landed with the window on the driver’s side precisely on a pole. The post pierced the window and shot past the driver who got stuck.

The fire brigade pulled out with several cars to free the woman. She has been checked in the ambulance, but her injuries were very light and she did not have to go to the hospital.
According to the police, the woman has been very lucky. If the car had fallen a few centimeters differently she would probably not have been able to retell the accident.
