‘Contract dealer’ wins Philips Award

The start-up, Closure, has won the Philips Innovation Award 2018.

On Monday, the winners were announced by a jury led by Philips top executive, Frans van Houten. Closure receives EUR50,000 for the development of the company.

This company helps people deal with contracts and subscriptions of someone who passed away. The deceased’s relatives often have little time for this. Moreover, they are often just not up to the task.

The Philips Innovation Award is awarded every year. It is awarded by an independent organiser who works with, and is sponsored by, Philips.
