Qmusic DJ Joost Swinkels won the Marconi Award for Upcoming Talent during the RadioGala on Thursday evening.
The radio presenter, 20, was nominated alongside Rob Janssen of NPO 3FM and Bas Menting of 538. All three worked with youth channel Glow FM until recently.
Swinkels is set to become a fixture on weekend radio as well as a regular on weekday programming when he completes training at Qmusic.
