11th Scale Model Challenge to be held


This weekend sees the 11th edition of the modellers fair, Scale Model Challenge. As ever it is organised by the hobby club Scale Model Factory from Eindhoven. It is one of the biggest events in Northern Europe for plastic scale models, figure painting, and war gaming. This shows in the number of international visitors each year.

Over 200 traders, clubs, and painters from all over Europe will attend the fair. Visitors can learn about the newest plastic scale models, figures and games, or admire and enjoy the many entries by modellers in a multitude of competitions.

On both days there will be many demonstration and workshops for models and games. Kids under the age of 14 can go to the Kids Club, where they can build and paint a model, under supervision, which they can take home afterwards.

The show will be at NH Eindhoven Conference Centre Koningshof in Veldhoven. It will be open on Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00, and Sunday from 10:00 to 16:30. The entry prices for day tickets are for  €7.00 for adults (children u/6 free, children u/14 € 5.00). You can also get 2-day tickets for €12.00, children u/14 €10.00.
