A woman was doused with a pan of boiling water in Eindhoven. The perpetrator, her boyfriend, has been arrested.
It happened on Ascension Day. The woman was in panic and knocked on the windows of the police station on the Aalsterweg. She told what happened to her, and showed her burns.
The police arranged for an ambulance for the victim, and went straight to the home of the perpetrator. Four agents were able to arrest the man there. He was arrested for domestic violence.
The woman did not have to go to the hospital. She had a check-up at a GP.
