On the 11th of December 2016 at 14:00 at Global Village, Eindhoven the book presentation of ‘Dutch-ess from the Himalayas’, written by Kirtika van Hunen-Malla will take place.
‘Dutch-ess from the Himalayas’, is a book full of humorous anecdotes of the author’s (Kirtika van Hunen) experience of the Dutch culture. Questions like: What drove Kirtika to write this book? Why has Kirtika made it her mission to share what she knows in order to help people feel ‘happily at home’ between two cultures? and What does living between two cultures do? will be answered.
The presentation will be held in a Nepali sphere with Nepali snacks and you can exchange your experiences about living in the Netherlands with the writer and the audience.
You can also hear more about Kirtika’s program ‘Between two cultures’ which aims to help people grow in multicultural societies (www.between2c.nl). Her book ‘Dutch-ess from Himalayas’ will be sold with 10% discount for this afternoon only.
The host of the program is Carola Eijsenring from the Indigo Wereld (www.indigo-wereld.nl).
