Mayor Jorritsma has personally written a letter to the parents of the youngsters who came flocking to the shopping mall Woensel last weekend that led to unrest.
Police agents had recorded the data of every person who was there and now the Mayor has written to their parents, reports Eindhovens Dagblad.
The youngsters followed a message from someone who calls himself Coco the Clown on Instagram. He who would make his appearance as the so-called killer clown at the mall.
That led to the arrival of dozens of young people. Fireworks were lit and shopkeepers closed their stores earlier because of the tense atmosphere hanging at the mall.
