The Eindhoven robot football team from the University of Technology has won the World Championship, after a thrilling final.
The team, competing as Tech United, won the title on penalties, following a 3-3 draw with the Chinese team during normal playing time including extra time.
The Eindhoveners reached the final of the RoboCup nine times, and six of those final were played against the Chinese team.
Tech United won the world title in 2014 too.
