Star chef of Zarzo is going to open a new restaurant in town. It will be called “Valenzia by Zarzo”, and will be located right across Zarzo itself. The Eindhovens Dagblad reports.
Adrian Zarzo gained his first Michelin star for the restaurant on the Bleekweg in Eindhoven half a year ago. Now a second establishment will open completely focusing on Spanish cuisine. This will be on the Stratumseind, just across the canal near the Bleekweg.
The restaurant will open on June 3.
