The Genneper Hoeve farm is calling on Facebook for people to attend the Municipal Council open meeting this Tuesday evening. The organic city farm is to receive no more subsidy from next year, meaning it will have to expand in order to make ends meet.
The expansion plans have yet to be approved, but they will be discussed in the meeting on Tuesday evening.
Talks on the planned expansion have been going on for more than a year now. The Genneper Hoeve is now calling on people to come out in support and attend the meeting at which the subject will be discussed.
There are sure to be heart-warming messages on Facebook. Many people support the farm and hope that planning permission will be given for the expansion.
