Tonight’s GLOW route is so busy that visitors are being advised to walk due to a fifteen-minute wait.
The TD building is one of many where capacity has been reached, with traffic wardens no longer allowing visitors through.
The city centre and the Stadswandelpark have been busy since the light festival opened last Saturday evening.
GLOW is heading for a record number of visitors this year, with 160,000 having attended the opening weekend alone.
Last year GLOW attracted 650,000 visitors.
