Minister Jet Bussemaker (Education, Culture and Science Minister) can be seen today on ‘Prinsjesdag’ (Budget Day) in footwear from Eindhoven. The mules were made by students of the TU/e with the help of a 3D printer.
The shoes are not the only items from Eindhoven the minister is wearing. As it turned out her handbag, hat and dress were also created by TU/e students. The Eindhoven students have secretly worked on the clothes for two and half months.
The minister described her outfit as a "high-tech outfit". This is indeed the case.
