Watching a movie outside? That is possible. The JT Cinema on the Nieuwe Emmasingel changes into an outdoor cinema on Wednesday, September 2nd.
Outside the theater, a screen will be set up which will be 8 meters high and 12 meters wide. Subsequently, the comedy "Chef" by Jon Favreau will be played on that screen.
The cinema is asking though that visitors bring their own chair or beanbags. Other needs will be provided. Furthermore, there will be musical entertainment and several catering businesses will take care of snacks and drinks.
The event will start at 20:00 hours, an hour later the movie will start. Around 23:15hrs the cinema will end. However this event will take place only when the weather is fine.
JT Cinemas was taken over by the British Vue International last week. JT hopes that the acquisition will help JT to grow in the Dutch market.
