The sustainable shopping concept ´Mijn tafel´ opens its 12th branch in Eindhoven on 2 May. Anyone can rent a ‘table’ for 25 euros there and sell his or her goods in the shop at the Nieuwe Fellenoord. There are 250 tables ready to be filled with, among other things, art, clothing, new and second hand stuff.
Part of the proceeds will go to the foundation ‘(Z)onder dak’ (Without a roof). This foundation provides homeless people with a place to sleep and a survival kit. In the future other charities may benefit as well.
