A woman in a mobility scooter was injured in an accident in Eindhoven on Wednesday afternoon.
The woman was hit by a car at around 3 o’clock at the junction of the Bisschop Bekkerslaan, the Genovevalaan, the Roelantlaan and the Rode Kruislaan.
The mobility scooter ended up at the side of the road after the collision and the woman landed on the road itself. A so-called rapid responder assisted the woman with first aid. The woman was taken to the hospital by ambulance a short time later.
There has as yet been no news about the nature of her injuries. It is also still unclear how the accident occurred.
