Cocagne Noir is the name of the chocolate that the Pullman hotel on the Vestdijk is going to sell. This hotel is the first one in the Netherlands to sell its own chocolate products.
The chocolate is used in cakes, chocolates and chocolate bars. The delicacies are intended for hotel guests, visitors to restaurant Vestdijk 47 and chocolate lovers.
Soon it will be possible to order the products as well. The cakes and chocolates are made in the hotel kitchen, as the Pullman has a patisserie of its own.
