Marketing stunt to uncover new logo Philips

The new Philips logo is getting more and more visible on the internet. Officially, the logo is going to be revealed Wednesday, but users can buy pixels online in order to reveal it little by little.

Through the Philips website, everyone can reveal a logo pixel. In total, there are 50,000 pixels. Almost 20 % have already been revealed by more than 8,500 people using Facebook and Twitter.

Most people chose a pixel in the logo’s centre. It shows that the Philips letters are blue again. Mainly users from the Netherlands, the U.S., the U,K, India and Brazil are participating.
