The justice department has sentenced the prime suspect to two years in prison for the ‘Vestdijk’ physical abuse case in Eindhoven. A half-year is conditional.
The Ministry of Justice believes there is evidence of attempted manslaughter. According to the ANP, the prime suspect offered his apologies during the trial in Den Bosch.In early January of this year, a 22-year old man from Oirschot was kicked in the head during a night out. Four suspects stand accused.The victim was present during the trial. He was emotional and holds the perpetrators responsible for what they have done.
