A cabin was discovered at the edge of Genneper Parken Saturday morning.
A homeless man was living there, according to a community support police officer.The improvised cabin had probably been built by the man himself. The police stated that the homeless man encountered problems with the tax administration. The man did not cause any trouble and is not addicted. The police are investigating the case.
