The police arrested an 18-year-old Eindhoven man on 18 Septemberplein on Sunday evening for being in possession of an illegal weapon.
The police had had a report not long before of three people trying to break into a car in the ‘t Eindje car park. Officers found the three suspects on 18 Septemberplein a short time later. One of them was found to be in possession of an electroshock weapon. The man was arrested and taken to the police station pending further enquiries.
