Apart from Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague, Eindhoven is now going to create a Student Hotel in the empty building next to the railway station.
The Student Hotel will move into a 22-story tower, on the site of the former post office. It is expected to have 350 rooms.AM Real Estate says to approach an agreement with the City Living group, creator of ‘The Student Hotel’. Also the city of Eindhoven and the hotel chain itself confirm the plans.The Student Hotel is owned and operated by City Living. City Living is an international specialist in student accommodation with operations in the United Kingdom and the Benelux. City Living has its headquarters in Amsterdam.The City Living group’s roots lay in Scotland where the MacGregor family started working in student accommodation at the Edinburgh University in 1982.
