EINDHOVEN – Construction company Hurks in Eindhoven saw the turnover increase last year by a quarter to 272 million euros, as appears from the annual report. In 2010 this was still 216 million euros. Also the profit of the company increased, from 8.4 million to 9.3 million euros.
Many companies suffer badly from the economic crisis, but the Hurks Group does not seem to be bothered by it.The construction company has started several large projects in the past year like including Hospital Bernhoven in Uden, Metaforum TU/e in Eindhoven and the Friesland Campina Innovation Centre in Wageningen. “With confidence and a well filled order portfolio, we enter 2012. That gives peace and space to explore new possibilities for the years to follow,” said the Hurks Group.Source: Omroep Brabant
