Every month there is a program of various routes set out and guided by Eindhoven Cycling Tours. Here you will find the agenda of the cycling trips planned for August 2017.
Since 2015 Maurice Meijer is organising the Eindhoven Cycling Tours to make sure internationals and all new visitors of Eindhoven do get to know the city in a different, unexpected way and especially the beautiful surroundings of Eindhoven.
On the way he will tell what you see and where you are, so people are triggered to explore the places again and to widen their horizon.
Tuesday 1 August
Chocolate and Design Tour Eindhoven: Visit the chocolate factory and have a drink at Piet Hein Eek. Price is 5 euro p.p. Start location: Underdog Café at Kerkstraat 28, Eindhoven. Start time: 12:00h.
Sunday 6 August
Gulberg Sunset Tour Nuenen. Watch the sun set over Brabant and see the Eindhoven skyline like never before! On the way back you will visit the Sparkling Roosegaarde-Van Gogh Bicycle Path. Price is 5 euro p.p. Start location: Underdog Café at Kerkstraat 28, Eindhoven. Start time: 19:45h.

Eindhoven Parks & River Tour. New to cycling? Then join this easy cycling tour of 2 hours. You will follow the Dommel river upstream to the edge of Eindhoven. Price is 5 euro p.p. Start location: Underdog Café at Kerkstraat 28, Eindhoven. Start time: 13:00h.

Leds Go Cycling @ Night Tour. Led lights in public spaces; red leds, green leds… we have them all in Eindhoven Join this interesting relaxed evening tour. Price is 5 euro p.p. Start location: Soul Kitchen, Torenallee 55, Eindhoven. Start time: 20:00h.
Tuesday 15 August
3 Hour city escape tour. Let’s leave the city behind us and go to the forest. Price is 5 euro p.p. Start location: Underdog Café at Kerkstraat 28, Eindhoven. Start time: 13:00h.
Wednesday 16 August
Helmond Castle & Van Gogh in Nuenen Cycling Tour. Long tour 10 euro p.p. Start location: Zwarte Doos at TU/e, Den Dolech 2, Eindhoven. Start time: 13:00h.
Sunday 20 August
Gulberg sunset tour. Gulberg Sunset Tour Nuenen. Gulberg is the highest point of Eindhoven. Watch the sun set over Brabant and see the Eindhoven skyline like never before! On the way back you will visit the fluorescent Roosegaarde-Van Gogh Bicycle Path. Price is 5 euro p.p. Start location: Underdog Café at Kerkstraat 28, Eindhoven. Start time: 19:30h.
Wednesday 23 August
Historic Oirschot Cycling Tour. Let’s drive through the green corridor to Oirschot! Underway you will fuel up at a strawberry farm and after a visit to the historic centre of Oirschot you will pass Eindhoven airport and come back to Eindhoven via Hovenring. Long tour 10 euro p.p. You need to bring a good working bike (with lights if you are joining a tour in the dark) and some water. Most tours take about two, to two and a half hours and the long tours can take to five hours, inclusive of breaks.
