During Let’s talk about Democracy, Jump Movement organizes an Open Space Event in which equality in our region is central.

An Open Space Event is a way that invites people to discuss a complex issue in which many interests and perspectives count and which cannot be solved simply 1,2,3. It is a structured method and literally a space where everyone can contribute from her or his own perspective. The issue for which knowledge, wisdom and solutions are presented at this Open Space is: How on earth can we ensure more equality in the Brainport region?

The event is interactive and the collective wisdom in the Open Space is tapped in to, to come up with solutions, openings or new ideas. Within Let’s talk about democracy, this democratic work form is a fascinating way to experience how collective wisdom can be generated and deployed to create more social impact and connection between people.

The main language of the event is Dutch, combined with English
Facilitators of the event: Ineke Hurkmans and Ilonka de Haan from Jump Movement www.jumpmovement.com
