There is major work on the Huizingalaan in Eindhoven. On both sides, there are roadworks and there is going to be a new HOV bus lane.
Near the Honsdrugslaan and the 1e Lieven de Keylaan, both directions the lanes are closed. The hiking and biking trails are closed. The traffic is controlled by traffic controllers currently. According to the municipality, people should plan on their traffic routes especially between 9:00 and 16:00. Work on the new express buses, called HOV, will last until 6 March.
Also, at the junction with Winston Churchilllaan and Fakkellaan, there are roadworks until March 31st. They are removing gas pipelines and laying new cables. Pedestrians may use the cycle path there; the pavement and shoulder are closed due to the excavation work.
