Eindhoven’s first supermarket selling gluten free products only is opening at the Edinsonlaan tomorrow. “Everything is ready”, owner Elze den Dekker says. She will be running the supermarket together with her mother Marie-Jose van Delden.
They are all set for the opening. "We are just waiting for the last delivery. The most scrumptious cookies are yet to arrive today." The first 250 customers will be offered a free bag of crisps tomorrow. Gluten free obviously!
The supermarket is not only going to sell gluten free products. Elze and her mother also want to advise customers suffering from gluten sensitivity. They intend to offer a cooking workshop with gluten free ingredients, for instance.
