All shops in Eindhoven will open their doors at 08:00 instead of 12:00 on three Sundays in December. The municipality of Eindhoven has again authorized this.
In 2017 and 2018, all the shops were also previously authorized by the municipality of Eindhoven. They opened for extra shopping hours on Sundays for Saint Nicholas day (December 5/6), Christmas and New Year’s Eve at 08:00 instead of 12:00. This year too, various stores have asked for permission because Sundays in December are busy shopping days.
This year, shops in Eindhoven will be open from 08:00 on December 1, December 22 and December 29.
