The Eindhoven-based company, CTouch, will supply a digital board to each of 130 schools in Belgium.
The company has made agreements about this with the KOBA (Katholiek Onderwijs Bisdom Antwerpen). This is Antwerp’s Catholic Education Diocese’s educational umbrella organisation.
Ultimately, 56,000 pupils will be taught how to use the CTouch touchscreens. The boards will be placed in more than 3,500 classrooms. The agreement involves a turnover of almost EUR 1.5 million.
According to CTouch, the boards consume minimal energy and work quickly. The company joined forces with the Belgian IT group, VanRoey.be. for this.
