A 96-year-old woman fell on the street and lay there Saturday night.
The woman lives in the Kortonjo neighbourhood in Eindhoven. She had left her home for a walk with her walker rollator Saturday evening. She fell during her walk, but was only discovered Sunday morning.Police officers found her on the cold paving stones. One of them tweeted that the victim was blue and suffering from hypothermia. The woman was taken to hospital. The police are investigating why she had not been discovered earlier.
