Those of you who love the music of Philip Glass (1937) will be delighted by the Dutch harpist Lavinia Meijer. On Saturday, 6 July 2013, she will play the masterpiece “Metamorphosis” by Philip Glass on harp. The minimalist composer Philip Glass, widely known for his piano masterpiece “Metamorphosis 1-5” and his film music for the movie “The Hours”, gave Lavinia Meijer his personal approval to transcribe and adapt his work.
