Within the next few days, the location of Eindhoven’s first brewery café will be revealed.
Erwin van Moll and Jaap Hermans will shortly begin a small specialty tasting location in the centre. Here they will brew small amounts of the beers to be tasted. Van Moll, the brewer, and Hermans, the caterer, want to start this brewery café because they love wonderful beers and they also see a growing demand for specialty beers. Moreover, Eindhoven has no special beer tasting location.
