The man who stabbed an Eindhovener on 23 February was on leave from a forensic psychiatric hospital in Vught.
The victim was seriously injured in the stabbing that took place at his home on the Joost van Clevestraat.The offender was sentenced to involuntary psychiatric treatment for murdering his girl-friend in 2001. He received approval for his leave from the Vught clinic. On 31 May, the man stands trial in the Den Bosch court for the Eindhoven stabbing.
