EINDHOVEN – Arnol Kox, the town-crier, paid 700 Euros worth of fines because he wanted to escape bailiff’s pressure. He was fined for public nuisance in the city center. Arnol will file an objection.
One of the reasons Kox got fined is for feeding birds in the shopping streets. Angry shopkeepers claim shoppers are inconvenienced, in particular by bird droppings.In the objection Kox states: “plastic cups litter the streets of the nightlife district every weekend, but the police do not issue any fines then.
