Residents test Eindhoven Municipality’s new website

Can you find everything online? Is everything clear? A group of residents from Eindhoven tested the municipality’s new website at City Hall on Monday.

The city has a new website, which is now officially in use. They used this an a opportunity to invite residents to see if the website needs to be improved.

The municipality says information can be found faster and easier on the new website. The information is clearer, texts are shorter and there are more photos and illustrations.

It is not the first time that residents have been asked to help. Various community groups were involved in the development of the site. The goal was to improve its digital support services.

(The site is also available in English.)
