Cars ablaze in Eindhoven

Cars and a caravan caught fire in Eindhoven on Saturday night. The cause is as yet unknown, but the police suspect that a number of fires were started deliberately.

A caravan went up in flames in Strijp, but the fire brigade was able to prevent it from being completely burnt out. The same happened shortly afterwards on the corner of Celsiusplein and Edisonstraat in Woensel-West. This time a car was ablaze. Nothing much was left. And an hour later, another car went up in flames, this time close to an apartment complex in the Tempel district of Woensel. The police are investigating, but they do not think that all the fires were connected.
