The number of crimes in Eindhoven has fallen significantly, according to police figures.
Last month, 1,266 crimes happened in Eindhoven. That number is 330 less than that in March last year. The number of home burglaries and pickpocketing fell considerably too. It seems the corona crisis is lowering crime in the region.
Geldrop-Mierlo’s figures have remained roughly the same. However, Waalre’s numbers increased by half, mainly among theft cases.
