Hermes launches iLost

The bus company Hermes plans to make it easier for travelers to find their lost property.

Travelers can use iLost online to check if their lost items have been found. Items should be visible on the platform within 48 hours. Hermes hopes to create a more efficient way in which they can return lost items to their owners, thereby taken care of greater client satisfaction.

Travelers can go to iLost.nl to indicate that an item belongs to them. By answering a few questions, you can prove that the item is indeed yours. The item can then be collected free of chargeor delivered to your home address for a fee. The system will be available in the region of South-East Brabant from the 19th of March 2018.
