Berenkuil roundabout closed overnight for two weeks

Part of the Insulindelaan will be closed overnight for two weeks due to  sewage works, after leaks were found in pipes beneath the road’s surface.

Authorities have opted to carry out repairs instead of replacing the entire sewage system, which could take around a year.

Works will begin on Monday night between the Berenkuil roundabout and the Sumatralaan, and will be finished within two weeks, weather conditions permitting.

Both lanes of the road will be closed every night from 9pm to 6am.
