A 21-year old student was seriously injured in Eindhoven over the weekend. Another student threw a beer glass in the man’s face and injured his eye.
According to the Eindhovense Dagblad, the student may lose his eye. The incident happens at a student party in Pioenroosstraat. There was, apparently, a fight between the two students, which ended with one of the students throwing a beer glass.
The glass shattered in the victim’s face, which resulted in cuts and lacerations to his face and right eye. He was taken to hospital.
The perpetrator has fled and police are still investigating.
