Additive Industries, which is based in Eindhoven, is the most promising company in the Netherlands. The business won top honours in the Financieële Dagblad‘s competition, the FD New Champions Trophy.

The newspaper had a jury made up of, inter alia, an investor and an company auditor, who reviewed all the nominees. They were unanimous in their opinion that Additive Industries deserved the prize.

This company manufactures 3D-metal printers. It is, according to the jury, ‘a pioneer with uique and complex technology in a whole new market. The company is growing fast, has a good market position, interesting clients and a strong knowledge base. Their innovation, the series printer, is also comprehensively patented. Additive manufacturing can play an important role in the transition to a circular economy.’

Additive Industries was established three years ago in Strijp-S. The company prints industrial metal parts for Phillip and ASML suppliers but also for, for example, the Airbus.
